Responsibilities
- Manage job requisitions, screen candidates, source passive candidates, and drive the full lifecycle recruitment process to completion
- Provide recruitment and customer service for Legal/OEC and other client areas
- Review account history and market/industry trends to develop hiring plans
- Collaborate with internal clients to define position requirements
- Source passive candidates and present diverse candidate slates
- Conduct interviews, evaluate, and recommend candidates
- Facilitate consensus building and decision-making among interviewers
- Monitor recruitment metrics (cycle time, cost, quality) and address process non-compliance
- Develop competitive offers and manage the offer process
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience through onboarding
- Maintain high levels of satisfaction with hiring managers and candidates
- Keep the Workday database updated accurately and timely
- Develop and execute strategies
- Understand data, insights and manage storytelling
- Consult, advise, and influence our stakeholders and candidates
- Project manage on time, within quality expectations, and on budget
- Act as a change agent
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Legal/OEC roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/social media
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong computer skills, including internet proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and pay attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
